Project Description:
Our project aims to establish an open "frameless" laboratory in the context of a global shift towards open-source and shared resources. While many fields embrace openness, personalized medicine remains an exception. Our vision is to create a laboratory that operates transparently, sharing research and collaborating with the scientific community. This approach enables us to leverage available resources efficiently and reduce costs and waste. While it may seem idealistic, examples like Uber show the potential of such models.
First Project Focus:
Our inaugural endeavor in the open frameless laboratory is to tackle the obstacle of having rejected manuscripts accepted within our open-sharing platform, coined "A new way to share and connect." Our objective is to promote knowledge exchange and propel advancements in the field.
We plan to identify laboratories conducting similar research projects and establish collaborations for mutual assistance. By fostering open communication and collaboration, we aim to collectively broaden our perspectives and advance our respective fields.
Call to Action:
Although we may be strangers, we share a common desire to support students, colleagues, and the scientific community. Let us come together to explore and build this innovative and inclusive biological research laboratory.
Current Progress and Objectives:
As of today, our team has successfully developed and launched our open-share-connect platform, positioning us to achieve our goal of managing at least one published manuscript and/or one unpublished manuscript each month within our open frameless laboratory. We are pleased to share and update works in the area of resveratrol/NQO2 research.
Manuscript Management:
We are dedicated to handling and processing any manuscripts that are willing to be shared and connected within our open platform.
Collaborative Partnerships:
Our team actively seeks collaborations with candidate labs and companies that resonate with our mission. These partnerships have enriched our research efforts and expanded our network within the scientific community.
Looking Forward:
We remain committed to pursuing opportunities for growth and improvement. Your suggestions for suitable candidate labs or companies that align with our mission are highly valued. Your input, whether positive or constructive, plays a crucial role in our ongoing progress and success. We sincerely appreciate your support as we continue to advance open science and collaboration.
